| Two and a half million copies of Left 4 Dead sold |

While everyone is talking about the economy crisis and so on, game developers seem to be doing just fine - Valve is a perfect example. Even though they usually do not like to boast with their sales numbers, they have revealed, that more than 2.5 million copies of Left 4 Dead had been sold since its release on November 18th, 2008 - and that is for retail sale alone. I do not even want to think about how many copies must have been sold through Steam. we have to give it to the guys - they know what they are doing. They are great game makers and they sure as hell do know a few things about marketing.
