5. With the ventilator back in, pour some oil inside and pull it only a bit out, so that this oil slips inside.	6. Put the plastic o-ring back on the axis and pour some more oil, so that it levels up with the o-ring.

7. Seal the opening with that rubber plug you took out at the beginning and clean the oil off the fan with some alcohol.	8. Put the sticker back on. If it will not stick any more, use some duck tape to cover the hole and protect your fan.

That is it! You are finished. Spin your fan a few times with your hand, before installing it. Using this method, you will be able to fix most of noisy fans. If the fan is still producing noise once you turn on your PC, leave it running and the noise should disappear. If this noise does not go away, your fan probably is not fixable - maybe the bearing just wore off.
